  1. Federal Aviation Authority The FAA will be responsible for anything aviation related. This will also add the fact that flying without a license can be a felony. The main point of the FAA is to enhance RP concerning aviation, NOT to restrict it. Please note, that by reinstating this, it will also bring back Pilot Licenses. The polls will close in one week.

  10. The following is the standard for Speed Limits within San Andreas. When No Speed Limit Sign is Present: 35 MPH in the City 65 MPH on 2 Lane Highway/Freeway/Interstate 75 MPH on 4 Lane Highway/Freeway/Interstate Other than that follow the posted speed limit signs throughout San Andreas or risk getting pulled over.

Greenzone Layout Red Outline = No crime inside the red outline (Greenzone) The only exceptions to this rule are the following: If you are already in the green zone and an officer walks in and attempts to arrest or serve a warrant on your character. If you are already engaged with a group or individual(s) and you run into a green zone.   13. Black Market Hits A Black Market Hit is a perma-death hit that can be placed on your character by a member of the Black Market Authority. This hit can be accepted by members of the Black Market Hitmen. Black Market Hits apply to anyone who falls into the below categories, whether you are a part of the Black Market or not.
